This was followed by the discussion about the So and Nok community. We went further again to discuss about the Yoruba, Edo and Igbo community in Nigeria. In our last chapter we summarized and concluded our work.

of the Nation through the taxes the rural people pay, efforts of the rural organizations such as town union, community county council (CCC) Age grades, b ) formation of security group such as vigilante groups which also promote the security of' the nation, the contribution of N.Y.S.C in the rural area in the enlightenment campaign against H.1.V and AIDS.
