Reporting is an integral part of nursing process. It is the single most effective tool in ensuring quality patient care. In this write up, the presenter examines the concept of reporting, then the role or reporting in diagnosis, planning , implementation and evaluation.
Finally the value of reporting in proper evaluation and auditing nursing care and how reporting can be used as a tool quality nursing care was also emphasized.
