Most people, Nigerians and non-Nigerians alike, believe
vehemently that those who studied Abroad have better academic and
technological performances than those who studied at home, hence
the importance of this critical evaluation.
This work comprises four chapters: Chapter one contains
Essentials skills which itself comprises critical thinking and speech,
chapter two contains Academic performance which itself comprises
school condition, economic conditions and creative expression;
chapter three contains Technological performance which itself
comprises scientific equipments and laboratories, and computer
literary; and lastly chapter four contains summary, conclusion and recommendation.
