This study aimed at ascertaining the perception of law enforcement agents, human nights activists and legal officers about the administration of human rights law in Nigeria. The study also explored their level of awareness of human rights law, the process of administration these law, the organs involved and the problems associated with the administration of human rights law In Niger.
