An Emperical Inquiry into the Effects of fiscal Deficits on State Government Capital Projects in Nigeria Over the 1985-1994 period

The effect of fiscal deficits on State Governments capital projects in Nigeria between 1985 and 1994 was evaluated in this study.
The major focus of the study was the degree of changes in capital expenditure of state governments that was brought about by the deficit
financing of the state governments.
