This study was designed to investigate the attitude of school administrators towards student-personnel administration in Onitsha Education Zone of Anambra State.
To carry out the study, six research questions were formulated using the simple random sampling procedure, 10 schools were selected out of a population of 25 secondary schools . Also, out of a population of 25 principals, 1,260 teachers and 21,400 students, 300 respondents were randomly selected to constitute the subjects of this study.
