Competencies Needed and Possessed by Science Laboratory Assistants in Anambra State Secondary Schools

The need for this study arose out of the prevailing concern being expressed about the dwindling enrollment of subjects in Nigeria, via-a-via the important role which laboratory assistants can play in the improvement of science and technology.
