Conflict Management in Enugu State University of Technology and University of Nigeria, Nsukka Libraries

Man is the most difficult organizational management apparatus. Unlike machines and other supportive equipment, he needs more manipulation for efficiency. Man deserves careful handling by managers for the achievement of organizational objectives, but in the process of man's manipulation by managers, conflicts do occur and the ability of any manager to successfully contain the conflicts in an organization is a testimony to the degree of his awareness of the organization's problems and other imperatives.
