Abstract

This research paper investigates conflict situations in the marketing channel in some selected manufacturing firms in Aba metropolis. This work aims at finding out the sources of disagreement between channel members and producers with a view to recommending possible soIutions that will minimize conflict situations among channel members and enhance efficiency. The main objective of the study will be to investigate the conflict in the marketing channel in some selected manufacturing firms in Aba.
