Abstract

The primary obective of any industrial organisation is to achieve the goals for which it was established. The achievement of the goals depends largely on the optimum utilization of the human fincial and material resources of the organisation. Thus, to attain a meaningul gal of industrialization, the principles of employee-management relations must be practised by management and staff in a manner that the dialectic of labour -management relations will be effectively utilized.
