Indigenous African food crops and useful plants, food preparation from them and home gardens survey was undertaken by a multidisciplinary term of a nutritionist, crop scientist and a taxonomist in the former Anambra and Benue states in Nigeria using Rapid Rural Appraisals following core tools, secondary data review, direct observation, interviews, validation and rapid reporting.
