Abstract

The revolution in producing instructional materials and emphasis on the necessary skill acquisition by both students-teachers and teachers of educational technology has had a decisive impact on the methods of instruction in our educational institutions. Minor and Frye (1977) believed that visual media can be designed and produced if basic knowledge of simple graphic techniques are acquired by both graphic and non-graphic artists.
