Frankly speaking, we all agree that success or failure of a group depends solely on the leadership. Leadership is the exercise of power, or influence on group or organization, communities and nation. A leader has a term of office i.e. leadership position is occupied for a considerable time by the individual at expiration of which another person is elected/appointed.
