Abstract

This study examined the motivation of teachers in government owned secondary schools in Nsukka Urban. In the course of this work, four research questions were raised and three research hypothesis formulated. All these gave guidance to the work. Further more, structured questionnaire was developed and validated by experts in the department. The questionnaire was administered to two hundred teachers in ten public schools in Nsukka urban
