This study sought to: (i) find out the state of community development in the Niger Delta region of Bayelsa, Delta and Rivers states, (ii) ascertain the objectives of MPP3 in the study areas, (iii) find out the development projects executed under the MPP3 in the study areas, (iv) examine the extent to which the community members participated in MPP3’s development process, (v) investigate the sustainability of the projects implemented under MPP3 in the study areas, (vi) find out the overall views of the community members concerning the MPP3 in the study areas, (vii) identify the problems, if any, militating against effective execution of MPP3’s developmental efforts in the study areas, and (viii) suggest other issues and factors that could enhance more successful execution of MPP3 community development projects in the study areas.
