Nigeria. It explains terms like retirement, pension etc. The text
treated the old pension scheme in Nigeria, its lapses and the
need for reform.
The new retirement scheme, comparison between the old
and new retirement policies were also treated.
Also the set backs of the new retirement policy and
solutions to those problems were not left out. Then the summary
and conclusion of the whole discussion was drawn.
