This work basically treats issues or retirement as it conerns
Nigeria.
Chapter one deals with the definition of Retirrnent, poIicy and the
interconnection between them. Going to chapter two, we fiind the
main body of the work which is all about the policies, effects of these
policies and the problems with possible solutions.
Some useful ideas about policies was also stated in chapter
three and also possible methods of implementation.
Finally the conclusion and summary takes the last chapter.
