SOCIAL JUSTICE AND HUMAN RIGHT IN NI I * . A CRITICAL EVALUATION

Any society is one complex system of interactions between and among yeople who strive for one thing - s~~nival. This paper is
prompted by the -social and political instability rocking this nation-
Nigeria - as i t s lruggks Lo survive.
I have explored social relationship in Nigeria under the
appellation "Socid Justice 731-man Right in Nigeria: A cliticd
Evaluation" in my earnest and humble attempt to contribute nn tmmrds the ideal society. rnis discourse, for convenience and
analysis, is divided into different chapters.
I introduced the stucly witn highlight of the objective and
relevant definitions. Brief review of history of social injustice and
human right abuse cir~minaled chapter one. I examined factors
negating social justice and human right in chapter two. The effect
of social justice a~d human right ahuse becane the topic of the
third chapter. I included how social justice and human right in
Nigeria can be ma;ntahed in chapter four and I rounded off with
my conclusion and recommendations in last chapter.
It will be a dream come true if the systematic analysis +en
in this discourse achieves the desired impact.
