In osun stte a good number of schools offer technical education, but most of these schools are understaffed. Various studies, have also shown that there is massive drift of qualified vocational technical education teachers to private and other public sectors. This study therefore was designed to identify various strategies that can be used in attracting and retaining qualified vocational technical education teachers in Osun state.
