STRESS: A SILENT KILLER

Abstract

Stress in this write up is defined as any change that one must adapt to in our ever-changing world. It is experienced by everyone who is living, working and breathing at this very moment. Stress can be in form of eustress or distress. The degree of stress one encounters is dependent of one's perception of the situation he finds stressful. Stress is no respecter of persons, a silent killer. But the good news is that it can be controlled and managed. Thus various ways of coping with stress have been identified and discussed in this work.
