This research work attempts to take a look at the impact of
manpower Development on the achievement of the Millennium
Development Goals (MDGs) in Nigeria.
It defines the different terms associated with topic like
manpower, its development etc. in a simple way in its first chapter.
The ways by which manpower can be developed in Nigeria
which are some of the MDGs are discussed in the chapter its
consequence to Nigeria are also summarized.
Chapter three takes a look at the MDGs and means of achieving
them using developed manpower. The implications of these impacts to
the society are also analyzed.
The concluding chapter of the research work collates and summarized
the research topic. Hence provides recommendation for effective
manpower Development if Nigeria has to achieve the Millennium
Development goals at the set time, 201 5
