Utilization of Lipase Enzyme in the Production of Emulsifiers from Para Rubber (Hevea Brasiliensis) Seed oil

Physical and chemical characteristics of the crude and refined seed oil were conducted. Physical characterization of solvent extracted rubber seed oil showed the oil to be golden yellow in colour and liquid at room temperature. The refractive index was 1.4656 while specific gravity was 0.9201.
