Abstract

This work is on 'the predicaments and promises of women in management positions in Enugu state civil Service. Specifically, it examine the prevailing circumstances that influence the employment, promotion and appointment of women to top management positions in the civil service, the influence of culture on women in management positions as well as the influence of workers' perception i n female executives.
