Alternative Strategies of Funding Secondary Education in Imo State, A Study of Okigwe Education Zone

This study was undertaken as a reaction to the experimental fact that inspite of government proclaimed determination to make secondary education in the State functional, by increase in financial allocation to the sector, there is still the day of underfunding of education, especially secondary education.
