Applicability of Benchmarking as a Total Quality Management Tool in Manufacturing Firms in Nigeria

Benchmarking is a relatively now practical tool of total quality management for
improving performance by learning torn best practices and processes by which they are achieved. for ~manufacturing firms in Nigeria to become the least cost operators and preferred suppliers of consumer goods, they must apply benchmarking as a tool of Total Quality Management (I'QM).
