The research was conducted to identify the place of ICT facilities in the accessibility of serials in Federal university Libraries of Southern Nigeria. Two
forms of questionnaires and an observation checklist were developed based on the 5 (five) research questions to find solution to the problems. As a descriptive
survey, the thirteen federal university libraries in southern Nigeria with the entire
serials staff and serials users constituted the population of the study.
