Areas and Causes of Conflicts Between the Principals and Teachers in the Implementation of Administrative Decision in Secondary School in Enugu Education Zone

This study focused on the area of conflict between teachers and their principals in the implementation of administrative decision. The main purpose of this study was to identify some of those administrative areas where misunderstanding usually arise between principals and their teachers in an attempt to implement administrative decisions in schools.
