This research work is the Effects of Performance-Based Standards on Workers’ Productivity. A case study of Union Bank Nig. Plc and Nigerian Breweries Plc.
However, the study investigated into most of the main factors that are responsible for the improvement of job performance of the employee. For this purpose, data were collected from primary and secondary sources. The principal instrument used was questionnaire; this was complemented by an interview.
