This study was designed to evaluate the teacher decision involvement
in improving staff personnel cervices in secondary schools in Onitsha
Education Zone, Anambra State. It wan undertaken because of the researchers' concern on the complaint of teacher about not being fully
involved in decisions relating to staff personnel services.
