Abstract

The Heterosexual behaviour patterns of secondary school students in Anambra
State was investigated as a basis for designing an STDsIAIDS intervention
programme. 1'0 chiev eve tlie purpose of the study, quantitative data were collected from a sample of 1,833 secondary school students and eight-three head teachers of I-iealtli and Physical educational in the state. The qualitative data were collected from fifty-eight heterosexually
experienced secondary school students in the state, grouped into eight focus groups.
