What prompted the study was the manifest obtuse lack of commitment
to communal cause verifiable among the generality of Nigerians in
Nigeria. Nothing appears prosecuted or executed without latent material
advantage in view- a situation which may have stimulated Theophilus
Okere to make the following observations
