Nigeria, the United Nations and a New World Order

and probably e a r l i e r would just c o l l a p s e i n one f e l l swoop i n
our very eyes? when we read about t r a n s f o r m a t i o n s i n i n t e r -
n a t i o n a l r e l a t i o n s , we think t h a t they a r e made f o r some
i n t e l l e c t u a l gurus t o witness and w r i t e about while we consume
t h e i r findings.
