My dear young followers of Jesus 'Christ, The Grace and Peace
of Jesus Christ; the love and health of God the Father, the unity and
holiness of the Holy Spirit be with you. It is in the name of this Trinity
that you have travelled from far and near to gather in this beautiful place
for your normal Rallies and to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the
focndation of this august body. You have also chosen to consider, during
this Rally, your call to share in making God's will known and carried
out by others in this country: "As the Fafier has sent me I also send
you" (In. 20:21). I welcome you all.
