The study focused on the identification of production skills required by secondary school graduates for employment in cocoa, enterprise in Ondo State. Four research questions were developed and of significance and relevant degrees of Freedom. Four sets of structured questionnaires were developed from the review of related literature and used for collecting data Tor the study. They were face validated by three experts. The four sects of structured questionnaire were tested for reliability and the coefficient obtained were:
0.89 for cocoa nursery enterprise questionnaire,
0.86 for cocoa plantation enterprise questionnaire,
0.91 for coca processing enterprise questionnaire. and
0.94 for cocoa marketinge enterprise questionnaire.
