Public Relations in Student Crises Management: A Survey of the University of Nigeria Public Relations Unit

This study investigated the role of public relations in student crisis management, through a survey of the University of Nigeria PR unit. The aim of the study was to ascertain among other things: the types of student crisis which are common in the University of Nigeria, the frequency of such crises, the causes of these crises and more importantly, the involvement of the university's PR Unit in student crisis management.
