Restoring the Image of the Banking Industry in Nigeria Through Corporate Advertising and Public Relations

Abstract

The work is about the expected role of corporate advertising and public
relations in the restoration of the image of the banking industry. The purpose was to bring to light by means of a cross sectional survey research, customers' perceptions of the image of the banking industry through messages disseminated by the industry through croporate advertising and public relations in the media. It was done to highlight the link between communication, thoughts and beliefs of the customers in forming overall attitudes towards tile banking industry.
