Abstract

Leadership is, undoubtedly, crucial for the success or failure of any organization in the sense that the way and manner the affairs of the organization are managed depend on the quality of those at the helm of its affairs. Incompetent or uninformed leadership is bound to mismanage the affairs of the organization and even wreck the organization itself whereas skillful leadership is more,likely tosustain the organization and promote its goals. It is in the light of this situation that attention is usually focused on political leadership in attempt to understand or interprete political regimes and government policies.
