This study was designed to find out the strategies for enhancing industrial waste disposal in Kaduna State. In order to achieve the objectives, the study has five specific purposes, five research questions and three null hypotheses. The population was made up of 2,503 industrial workers in Kaduna State. A sample of 253 workers (10 percent of the population) were drawn from the population and used for the study. The instrument used was a 52-item Likert scale type questionnaire validated by three experts. Data collected were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and t-test. It was found among others that to facilitate or enhance industrial waste collection, transportation and final disposal, provision of relevant collection equipment such as hydraulic compactor tnicks. conventional tippers, involvement of private sector, availability of funds; employment of source reduction approach; and re-use and recycling of useful waste materials, etc is necessary.
