Total Quality Management in Church Administration (A Case Study of Catholic Archdiocese of Onitsha)

This study which concentrated principally on incorporating Total Quality
Management in church administration was carried out in order to. assess how TQM philosophies and principle will result to effective church administration.
In the course of the work, attempts were also made to investigate the old established order of church administration in relation to this concept of management 'TQM' .
The total populations were obtained accordingly and the real sample size for Catholic Archdiocese of Onitsha was determined using the statistical estimation and assumption formulae.
