This study aimed at investigating the availability arid utilization of Resources for guidance and counseling services in secondary schools at Nsukka and Obollo Afor Education Zones. The researchers was motivated to carry out this study based on the acclaimed poor attitude of students towards
some school activities like; truancy, cultism, Examination Malpractice, robbery, disregarding the school authorities, disobeying the school rules and regulation etc. It was the belief of the Researcher that if the appropriate resources were available arm' effectively utilized, then there would be an
improvement in the secondary school student behavior and
in counseling session,
