The antihepatotoxic and antimiorrrbial. pdndples and the biochemical mechanism of action of the seeds of Garcinia kola - Heckel (Guttiferae ) were investigated.
Phytochemical analysis of the sample established the presence of sterols, terpenoids, flavonoids, glycosides, pseudotannins, saponins, proteins and starch.
