The programme aims at providing additional training for:
• Graduates of Food Science and Technology and related disciplines who do not
qualify for direct admission into the Master of Science (M.Sc) degree programme in Food Science and Technology of University of Nigeria, Nsukka;
• Graduates of other disciplines to convert to mainstream Food Science and
Technology at higher degree level;
• Developing the theoretical and practical capabilities of candidates to solve
problems related to post harvest handling of food resources.
