The Efficiency of Petroleum Pipeline System in South Eastern Nigeria and its Relationship to Fuel Scarcity

This study determines the deficiency level of petroleum pipeline system in
South-Eastern Nigeria, and its relationship to fuel scarcity. The results show
that: first, the pipeline system operated at a higher efficiency level during the
fuel scarcity period than was the case during the non - fuel scarcity period.
